In 2007 Carolyn Coquillette started Luscious Garage, a hybrid specialty shop catering to drivers in tech savvy San Francisco. Her custom online management system proved central to business success, garnering international attention. The software continued to evolve over the years to better meet the needs of Luscious Garage and the other shops that expressed interest in using it.

Today everyone is tech savvy. The trends and success enjoyed by Luscious Garage apply to every shop planning to stay in business and win. Carolyn founded Shop-Ware in 2013 to make the tools that worked for her shop available to all shops worldwide.

Founder and CEO
Carolyn serves as Helmsman, Spokesperson, and Head of Product. She still owns her repair shop and occasionally lends a Prius diagnosis, but her total focus is Shop-Ware. She's a proud supporter of ASA, ACA, Women in Auto Care, Diag.net, Service Center Scholars, and ASCCA's Board of Directors (she also chairs its Connected Cars Committee). Women in Auto Care awarded her Shop Owner of the Year in 2017. Her zen is canoeing the Russian River.
Tyler Olmstead
Chief Technology Officer
Tyler wrote Shop-Ware's the first line of code at its inception in 2013. Today he leads engineering across multiple development teams. His technical expertise spans many tech stacks, software as well as hardware. His passion is highly useful and reliable tools delivered with exceptional quality. When he's not bridging the gap between web technology and the underserved auto repair space, he competes for podium at CVMA Motorcycle Road Racing.
André Pimentel
VP, Sales and Success
André has been in the software industry for 20 years, serving small businesses and large enterprises along the way. He's passionate about the success of his customers and knows that great software must be coupled with a great customer experience. He learned the Aftermarket as a VP at Demandforce and is proud to help the hard-working entrepreneurs in this space. He served in the U.S. Navy and has a Masters from New York University. He loves soccer, golf, and fishing bass.
